At the end of last year, writer Kyle Chayka interviewed me for his piece on what we are calling these chaotic times.
Truly a lark to be in The New Yorker talking about how insane I think everything is.
As part of Oprah Winfrey’s partnership with Apple, I developed and launched the Oprah’s Book Club podcast featuring Pulitzer Prize-winning author Isabel Wilkerson. The podcast was embraced by a wide audience of listeners and won a Webby Award in 2021.
I worked with Oprah Winfrey and Apple to reimagine Oprah’s Book Club for a digital-first world. The book club had no prior social presence and under my direction grew to nearly a million engaged readers across social, changing industry standards for discussing books in real time.
The digital shorts I produced for Sofia Vergara’s Facebook Watch series racked up more than 20 million views. Laura’s story of finding self love through fitness is one of my favorites.
As social media producer on Unapologetic, I clipped this bite and optimized for social. The result was 1.6 million organic views from a fledgling Facebook page. I know a viral moment when I see one, honey.
I spearheaded and produced a 4th of July partnership between Chelsea and ATTN:. This video has 19 million views on Facebook.
After Chelsea’s beloved dog Tammy passed away, I produced this tribute that was seen by 3 million+ across social and sent so much traffic to the Humane Society’s Shelter Pet Project that we crashed the site.
A crazy internet mom used sandwiches to slut shame Taylor Swift. And then I used her tweet to drive a huge amount of traffic to attn.com. A favorite story from my short-lived clickbait career.
I wrote and produced “Selfie in Memoriam” an in-show video from the 18th Annual Webby Awards. It got tons of blog coverage back when that was a thing and made an appearance on YouTube’s trending page.
A short film I made entirely from internet vids.
